The Ronstadt Building was completed in 1902, a two-story Romanesque business block designed by the Tucson firm of Trost & Rust. The red brick building had an erection cost of $15,000, and represented the expansion of the successful Ronstadt business. With downtown modernization, the structure was eventually demolished.
