Rogers Furniture Company Warehouse
The Rogers Furniture Warehouse, designed by Trost & Trost and located at First & Florence, was erected in 1925 by Gus Momsen as an investment property. Designed in an Early 20th Century Commercial style of architecture (called “New American” by the architects), it is the current home to the First Avenue Lofts. The Building Contractor was J.P.
