The Phoenix Water Users Building was erected in 1911 and designed by renowned Phoenix architect Royal Lescher as an associate of Trost & Trost. The building, in a Spanish Renaissance design, was built concurrently with Trost & Trost’s neighboring YMCA structure. Both buildings were demolished in 1961.
