Ilfield Auditorium - Trost Society

Ilfield Auditorium

Trost & Trost architectural plans were discovered at the El Paso Public Library by researchers Lloyd C. and June F. Engelbrecht for an Auditorium at New Mexico Highlands University, which was known as New Mexico Normal University at the time. The auditorium, located in Las Vegas, NM, was built in circa 1928, designed by architect E. Hart and called the Ilfield Auditorium. The Trost & Trost plans were dated 1914 and never used.
