The Henry James Ray home is a Craftsman Bungalow residence erected in 1906, designed by Trost & Trost. The home bears a fascinating history, built by Belle May to honor her recently deceased war-hero husband. The history of Henry May and the house are detailed in our Facebook article, linked to here: https://www.facebook.com/TrostSociety/posts/2958117507639629. The house stands today in excellent condition.
Modern photographs were taken by Mark Stone 06/15/2020. Old photo is from the 1907 Trost & Trost advertising booklet, via the UNT Digital Archives.
