Hereford Residence

The Frank Hereford Residence was erected in 1902, designed by the firm of Trost & Rust. The structure, located on Tucson’s Snob Row across the street from the First Owls Club building, stands today in excellent condition as an office building. The foursquare styled home foreshadows many of H.C. Trost’s El Paso designs, including the “Arid America” 4-foot overhanging eaves designed to keep the house cool in the summer months.
