The El Paso Evening Post from 12/28/1928 announced a Trost & Trost Remodel to be performed for Gus Momsen at his building at First and Campbell. We do not know whether the reno, which was to cost $12,000, was done. Currently, on the southwest corner of that intersection, are a pair of joined single-story structures that appear to be period; however we have no documentation tying these buildings to Trost.
