Constructed in 1919 by Trost & Trost for Mr. and Mrs. David Cohen, the well-preserved house has remained unchanged for over 100 years except for a finished basement. The three-story Tudor-style house, located on 908 W. Yandell, has four bedrooms, a sleeping porch and three and one-half baths.
