The Stuart Bayless residence was built in 1903, designed by the Tucson firm of Trost & Rust. The “tubular” Mission Revival/Spanish eclectic style is repeated in the Trost & Trost Nesum Residence in El Paso, erected in 1906. The Bayless home, used for offices today, is in very good condition.
