Ballard Apartments

The Ballard Apartments were completed probably between 1918 and 1921. The Prairie School designed structure stands today in excellent condition. We have found no documentary evidence that the apartments were designed by Trost & Trost, but believe they were because they are virtually identical to the neighboring 1913 Nagley Apartments, which were designed by Trost.
