The Aronstein & Stevens Office Building was erected circa 1917, designed by Trost & Trost in an Early 20th Century Commercial style. It was one of four known structures built for Stevens (two of them designed by Trost), three of which still stand today. This particular 5 story business block was demolished during the 1960s.
