Lordsburg High School
Lordsburg High School is a 1916 structure which was designed by architect J.O Michaud, and stands today. Trost & Trost performed an addition and a remodel to the exterior of this structure in 1927, according to the Library of Congress’ HABS (Historical American Building Survey). Most historical enthusiasts attribute only the Auditorium addition to Trost & Trost, however the firm significantly altered the main building’s appearance. The structure is vacant today, although there are local efforts to raise funds for restoration. The building was listed at the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
