Articles discovered by researchers Lloyd C. and June F. Engelbrecht in period newspapers describe a Cottage built for Mrs. Holbrook at the corner of 5th Avenue and 11th Street in Tucson. The June, 1899 completion date for this home marks it as one of Trost’s earliest commissions during his Tucson tenure.
