Charles F. Morse Residence

The Charles F. Morse Craftsman Bungalow was designed by Trost & Trost, and erected in early 1909. Although we lack direct documentary evidence that the home was designed by Trost, a hand-written page from a notebook dating to that period lists C.F. Morse as a Trost client. The notebook page is in possession of the Trost family, and we have obtained a copy. Although in need of some maintenance, the home stands today.
